Email is great for admin.

It is terrible for all the things a FD or CFO wants to do:

❌ Building relationships

❌ Influencing people

❌ Communicating so people listen & act

❌ Focussing on the most important things

❌ Being efficient and getting things done

➡️ So if you want to become a CFO or FD, its not stopping email that will help you
