Are video financial presentations only for Coca-Cola, Apple & Samsung?

Actually if you’ve got 10 seconds spare here’s how you can do it too…

I pulled together this presentation in about 5 minutes.

Then it took me about 10 seconds to turn it into a video.

It’s a bit different for each version of PowerPoint but basically

Step 1: Select FILE, then EXPORT

Step 2: Some versions you then select VIDEO, if not go to step 3

Step 3: Select MP4 in the FILE FORMAT box

Step 4: Select the amount of time for each slide (you can also set up timings in the main PowerPoint presentation and use those)

Step 5: Click EXPORT, it will be in whatever folder the PowerPoint presentation is saved to

You can download the template I used below:

Just change the numbers, colours and font to match your company’s.

Maybe add some high-res photos (no clip-art, they look really [email protected]).

Video financial results in 10 seconds. About a million times better than a table of numbers.

If you’re sending out in an email, just include the detailed numbers too, in case people want to look at them.
